FAQ
Questions we often get
Do I need experience?
We have roles for fresh graduates and for experienced people. What each role lists is what we really need.
Will you reply to everyone?
We review every application and contact suitable candidates for an interview. It can take time until a fitting role opens, and you receive a confirmation with your reference number as soon as you apply.
Do you use AI to screen?
We use it as an assistant to read, organise and summarise CVs against the role. It does not decide and never rejects anyone on its own; our hiring team reviews the result.
Where is my data kept, and for how long?
CVs are stored in a private space that is not public and open only to the hiring team. We keep applications for 12 months and then delete them, and you can ask us to delete yours earlier at any time.
Can I apply to more than one role?
Of course. Apply to every role that fits you and tailor your answers to each.
