Someone who orders a supplement or a skincare product is counting on getting the right item, safely in date and stored so it still works as it should. You make that happen every day, from the moment stock arrives to the moment an order is handed to the courier, with ERP stock levels that match the shelf exactly.
Experience: 2-5 years of warehouse experience, ideally in pharma, supplements, FMCG or e-commerce fulfilment

What you will do
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments against the purchase order for quantity, condition, expiry date and batch number, so only sound, matching stock enters the warehouse.
- Apply FEFO to storage and dispatch so the earliest-expiring stock ships first and write-offs stay low.
- Monitor storage conditions, including temperature, humidity and protection from sunlight, and follow each product's storage instructions to protect its quality.
- Run scheduled and spot stock counts, then trace every shelf-versus-system variance to its root cause before it repeats.
- Pick, check and pack orders accurately, verifying item and quantity before sealing, and packing so products arrive undamaged.
- Hand orders to courier partners on schedule with documented handover, keeping 12-72 hour delivery achievable.
- Update stock levels and every receipt, dispatch and return in Odoo in real time, so sales and purchasing work from real numbers.
- Flag near-expiry and low-stock items early, and handle returns and damaged goods through clear procedures.
What we need
- 2-5 years of hands-on warehouse experience covering receiving, storage, dispatch and stock counts.
- Practical experience tracking expiry dates and applying FEFO or FIFO.
- Experience recording movements and updating stock in an ERP or warehouse system (Odoo or similar).
- Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking counts and variances.
- A sharp eye for counting and matching, and readiness to work on the warehouse floor every day in New Cairo.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, supplement or cosmetics warehouses.
- E-commerce order fulfilment experience, including working with several courier companies.
- Familiarity with Good Storage Practice (GSP) or handling temperature-sensitive products.
- Experience with barcode scanners and bin location systems.
Your first 90 days
- By day 30You know the warehouse layout, where every product lives and how receiving, picking and dispatch flow, and you record every movement in Odoo correctly and on your own.
- By day 60You have run a full cycle count on a product group, explained each variance and its cause, and produced a near-expiry list with a recommended action for each item.
- By day 90You run daily warehouse operations with confidence and have rolled out at least one improvement to layout or picking that cut order errors or picking time.
