What you will do
- Analyse a specific challenge in your field (product, technology, content or customer experience) to find the root cause before proposing a fix.
- Build practical, testable solutions such as a code prototype, an evidence-based formula proposal, a design or a campaign, so impact can be measured quickly.
- Ground any work that touches customer health in scientific evidence and reliable sources, and work with our pharmacists to review health content.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up and improve your work without compromising accuracy.
- Measure the results of your work with clear numbers from GA4, sales data or customer feedback, so decisions rest on facts.
- Document what you built clearly so the team can continue and improve it after you.
- Pitch new health challenges Beseha could take on to genuinely help people.
What we need
- Proof of strong work in your field: a link to work, research, code or projects where you can explain exactly what your role was.
- Real hands-on experience in at least one of: supplement R&D, software development, AI, marketing, design or nutrition (equivalent practical experience counts as much as formal study).
- Ability to break a large problem into steps and deliver a measurable result.
- Clear written and spoken communication in Arabic, and comfortable reading technical or scientific English.
- Commitment to accuracy and scientific integrity in anything related to people's health.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in e-commerce, healthcare or pharmacy.
- Hands-on use of WordPress/WooCommerce, Odoo or GA4/BigQuery.
- Contributions to open-source projects, published research or educational content.
- Freelance experience working with different teams and delivering on deadlines.
Your first 90 days
- By day 30You understand the challenge on the table and the Beseha data available for it, and you've agreed with the team on a clear scope and a measurable definition of success.
- By day 60You've delivered a first working version (a prototype, research brief, design or pilot campaign) and tested it with the team or with real customers.
- By day 90You've refined the solution based on results and handed it over documented well enough for the team to build on, with a clear recommendation for the next step.
