A customer on blood-pressure medication asks about a new supplement. Another wants a vitamin for symptoms that really need a doctor. This track trains pharmacy graduates to answer those questions safely and honestly: listen carefully, check safety and interactions, know when to refer, and explain it all in words anyone can follow.
Experience: Fresh graduates, no prior work experience required
What you will do and learn
- Answer customer questions by chat, phone and WhatsApp so people choose the right product, or learn that a product isn't right for them.
- Ask clarifying questions about medications, health conditions, pregnancy and breastfeeding before any recommendation, so customer safety always comes first.
- Check potential supplement-drug interactions using trusted references, and record the source for every case.
- Refer customers to a doctor clearly and kindly when warning signs appear, rather than suggesting a product that could delay a diagnosis.
- Turn product information and directions for use into short, accurate written replies that any customer can understand.
- Spot recurring questions and share them with the content team to improve product pages and health-guide articles.
- Log consultations and notes in an organised way so the team can learn from them and measure consultation quality.
