Every Beseha order runs a full journey: a product that is actually on the shelf, a stock count the system gets right, a shipment that leaves on time, and a cash-on-delivery payment that is recorded correctly. On this track you will learn that journey from the inside and work on each link in it. By the end, you should be able to spot where minutes and money leak out and propose how to win them back.
Experience: Fresh graduates; no prior work experience required. Internships or academic projects are a plus
Why this role mattersSomeone ordering a supplement or a personal-care product needs the right item, in good condition, on time. A stock or shipping mistake shakes their trust in their own health before it shakes their trust in our store. Beseha Academy exists to grow e-commerce operations professionals in Egypt who learn through real work, not just lectures.
What you will do and learn
- Receive incoming stock and check it against purchase orders so system quantities match what is on the shelf
- Take part in cycle counts and variance analysis to catch the source of shortages or surpluses early
- Track expiry dates and storage locations so customers receive products in good condition with suitable shelf life
- Follow up orders with courier partners and handle delays and returns to protect our 12-72 hour delivery window
- Record cash-on-delivery collections and reconcile them with accounts so every pound can be traced
- Use Odoo to update inventory data and stock moves, and pull simple reports that help the team make decisions
- Document the processes you learn clearly enough for a new colleague to follow
- Deliver an operational improvement project with before-and-after numbers and present it to the team
What we need
- Recent graduate in commerce, business administration or logistics, or a related field with a clear interest in operations
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets: basic formulas, filters and simple pivot tables
- Accuracy with numbers and data, and an eye for spotting errors
- Able to read English terms and screens in business systems
- Able to work on-site in New Cairo every day, including hands-on warehouse work during working hours
Nice to have
- An internship or graduation project in warehousing, supply chain or accounting
- Some exposure to any ERP or accounting software, even in a learning setting
- Online courses in inventory management or data analysis
- Curiosity about supplements, sports nutrition and personal-care products
Programme stages
- LearnYou understand the full order cycle, from goods received in the warehouse to delivery and cash collection, and you work confidently with the core inventory and sales screens in Odoo.
- Apply with a mentorYou handle real daily tasks such as cycle counts, stock reconciliation and chasing late shipments. A mentor reviews your work and gives you feedback every week.
- Build an operational improvement projectYou pick a real operational problem you noticed, measure it with data, and present a practical fix to the team with the results of testing it.
