Behind every supplement that reaches a customer in Egypt is one honest question: is there real evidence that it works and is safe at this dose? The Beseha Academy track in Supplement Science trains fresh pharmacy, science and nutrition graduates to answer that question with method. You will learn to read research, weigh evidence, and understand ingredients, doses, quality specifications and the regulatory basis behind each product.
Experience: Fresh graduates or final-year students; no prior work experience required
What you will do and learn
- Search scientific databases such as PubMed for studies on a given ingredient, so every product statement rests on a real source
- Appraise studies on design, sample size, duration, funding and actual results, to separate strong evidence from preliminary findings
- Compare the doses on product labels with studied doses and safe upper limits, to flag products that are underdosed or exceed safe levels
- Review ingredient forms, certificates of analysis and quality specifications, to confirm that what the pack says matches what is inside and meets standards
- Review health claims in product descriptions and blog articles, and propose precise wording that fits the evidence and the regulatory framework
- Write clear scientific summaries in Arabic that the content team, pharmacists and customer service can use directly
- Document every review with its references in an organised way, building a knowledge library the team can return to
