This internship teaches you how social content, paid ads and performance measurement fit together, and how to use AI tools with care so your work gets faster and sharper. You finish with a real marketing project, its results, and the reasoning behind every decision you made.

Why this role mattersIn supplements and personal care, one careless sentence can mislead someone making a decision about their health. That is why marketing at Beseha has to be honest, clear and checked by licensed pharmacists, not just built to grab attention. This track trains marketers who can run campaigns that perform without trading away customer trust.
What you will do and learn
- Write clear Arabic social media content about supplements and personal care products so customers understand what they buy and choose with confidence
- Draft paid ad concepts and copy, then test several variations to learn which message performs best
- Track post and ad performance in GA4 and platform dashboards, and turn the numbers into practical recommendations the team can act on
- Use AI tools for research, drafting, summarising and analysing comments, reviewing every output yourself before it is used
- Send any content containing health information to the pharmacist team for review before publishing, keeping it accurate and free of misleading claims
- Monitor customer comments and recurring questions, and propose educational content that answers them
- Document your work, results and lessons as you go, so you finish the track with a real portfolio
What we need
- Recent graduate or final-year student in any field
- Clear, correct written Arabic, and the ability to read English content and sources
- Hands-on familiarity with the main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) from a creator's point of view, not only as a user
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills (tables, simple formulas, charts)
- Real experience using at least one AI tool for writing, research or design
- Able to work on-site from our New Cairo office for the full length of the track
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or a similar design or video editing tool
- A free course or certificate in Meta Ads, Google Ads or Google Analytics
- A personal interest in health, nutrition or fitness, and a habit of following trustworthy sources on it
- A page, account or content project you have run yourself, however small
Programme stages
- LearnGet to know Beseha's products and customers, the basics of content, paid ads and GA4, and the rules for talking about supplements without medical claims, while putting AI tools to practical use in daily work.
- ApplyWork on live campaigns under supervision, from writing content and setting up ads to reading the results, and share a weekly summary of what worked and what should change.
- BuildDeliver a complete marketing project for a specific product or category, covering idea, audience, content and measurement, then present the results in numbers to the team along with what you learned.
