Every day, people scroll past health content that looks great and gets the facts wrong. On this track you'll learn to do the opposite: use AI tools to make designs, short videos and simple copy that are eye-catching and accurate at the same time. You'll work on real content that reaches Beseha customers, guided by the content team and reviewed by licensed pharmacists.
Experience: Fresh graduates; no prior work experience required. Personal or university projects are enough to show your work.
Why this role mattersSomeone choosing a supplement or a skincare product relies on what they read and watch, and one overstated claim can cause real harm. At Beseha, accuracy is part of the design itself, not a step after it. This track exists to grow creators who use AI to move quickly and still respect the health facts.
What you will do and learn
- Design social posts and banners for social media, the website and the app using AI tools and design software, staying true to Beseha's visual identity
- Edit short videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) that explain a product or a health fact in seconds, clearly and simply
- Write short, plain-language captions and product descriptions from sources the team provides, with no exaggeration or treatment promises
- Check every AI output, image or text, for accuracy before passing it to pharmacist review
- Apply feedback from pharmacists and the content team quickly, and log recurring mistakes so they don't happen again
- Test new AI tools and methods and share what works with the team to speed up production
- Track how published content performs and suggest improvements based on what the audience actually engaged with
What we need
- Recent graduate in any field, or about to graduate and available for a full-time onsite internship in New Cairo
- A portfolio link is required: designs, videos or writing from university, personal or volunteer projects
- Hands-on use of at least one design tool (such as Canva, Photoshop or Figma) and one video editor (such as CapCut or Premiere)
- Experience using AI tools to create images, text or video, and the ability to explain how you use them
- Clear, correct written Arabic, and the ability to understand sources written in English
Nice to have
- Personal interest in nutrition, fitness or skincare, or study in a health-related field
- Your own content account or page with published experiments, however small
- Grasp of visual identity basics, typography and colour
- Experience writing prompts for image or video generation tools
Programme stages
- Phase 1You learn Beseha's product categories, visual identity guidelines and the rules on which health claims are allowed and which are not, and you produce your first practice designs with AI tools under your supervisor's review.
- Phase 2You regularly produce social designs, short videos and simple copy for real products and articles, all reviewed by pharmacists before publishing, with fewer corrections needed each round.
- Phase 3You take a small campaign or content series from idea to publishing, read its performance numbers, and present a short write-up of what you learned and an AI workflow the team can reuse.

- Junior designer or content creator in the marketing or content team
- Later specialisation in video editing, health writing, or AI-assisted content production
- With experience: content lead or visual identity owner for a category or platform
