How we teach
Three principles we learn by
Accuracy before speed
In health, a wrong fact costs. We teach you to check, to trace your source, and to say “I am not sure” when you are not.
You learn by shipping
No paper exercises. Your work goes live and gets measured, and your mentor gives you honest feedback on it.
AI, with judgement
You learn to use AI tools as a force multiplier, review their output with your own eyes, and know when to trust them and when not.

Who can apply?
New graduates and final-year students in any field close to the tracks on offer.
Is it paid, and how long is it?
Duration and compensation are set with each cohort and shared with you before you join, so there are no surprises.
Will I be hired afterwards?
There is no promise of a job. The strongest participants are considered when a fitting role opens.
How are people chosen?
We review your CV and short answers, then a call. We assess curiosity, potential and evidence of learning. We use AI to help organise applications, and a person always decides.
Can I apply to more than one track?
Choose the one closest to you. If we see a better fit in another track, we will suggest it.
