You've graduated with a solid grounding in code, but you haven't yet shipped something a real team or real customers depend on. On this track you'll learn how e-commerce features get built, how repetitive work gets automated with AI, and how data turns into decisions. You'll finish with a small tool you wrote yourself, reviewed by engineers and running in production.
Experience: Recent computer science, engineering or equivalent graduates; no prior work experience required

What you will do and learn
- Build or improve small features in the store and mobile app so customers can shop more clearly and quickly
- Automate repetitive tasks for operations and customer service using AI tools and scripts, giving those teams their time back
- Write queries on GA4/BigQuery and prepare simple reports that answer specific business questions
- Connect store and Odoo data through APIs to reduce manual entry and errors
- Submit your code for review and apply the feedback so your work gets better with every task
- Document what you build clearly so any teammate can use it or extend it after you
- Test your work before shipping and track its impact afterwards to see whether it actually solved the problem
What we need
- Recent graduate in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience from personal projects or internships
- Hands-on foundation in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript or PHP
- Basic SQL and an understanding of how databases work
- Working use of Git, with a GitHub profile or published projects we can review
- Ability to read English technical documentation and learn from it independently
- Able to work on-site at Beseha's office in New Cairo
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce or any e-commerce platform
- A small project using AI model APIs or automation tools such as n8n or Zapier
- Experience analysing data or building a reporting dashboard
- Interest in health, nutrition or e-commerce
Programme stages
- Learnunderstand how the WordPress/WooCommerce store works and how an order flows through to Odoo, get familiar with GA4/BigQuery data, and set up a local development environment while completing short practice tasks.
- Applytake on small, real tasks from the team's backlog, open pull requests that go through code review, and use the feedback to write code that is readable and safe.
- Builddesign and build a small tool that solves a specific problem for an internal team (an automation, a report or a feature), document it, ship it into real use and present the result.
