B6 2 mg, B12 6 mcg, chromium 30 mcg; ECA blend 390 mg (caffeine anhydrous, white willow bark, Ephedra viridis leaf extract); thermogenic blend 421 mg (bitter orange, guarana, yerba mate, yohimbe, cayenne, green and black tea, ginseng, ginger, bladderwrack, cocoa, evodia). About 280 mg caffeine per capsule.
