Beseha Careers
Applicant privacy notice
Here we explain, plainly, what we do with your CV and data when you apply.
What we collect
- Name, email, mobile number and city (optional).
- Your CV (PDF or Word) and LinkedIn or portfolio links if you add them.
- Your answers to the role questions.
- Minimal technical data to prevent abuse (a hashed fingerprint of the connection, not the address itself) and how you reached the page.
Why we collect it
- To review your application and contact you if your profile fits a role.
- To keep your CV in our talent community, if you agree, and reach out when a suitable role opens.
AI in our review
- We use an AI tool to read, organise and summarise your CV and answers against the role.
- The content of your application is sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis only and, under its commercial terms, is not used to train its models.
- We instruct the tool to ignore name, age, gender, photo, nationality and university, and to assess only skills, experience and answers.
- The tool does not decide, does not reject anyone and does not contact anyone. Our hiring team reviews and decides.
Who sees your data
- Only Beseha's hiring team, through private accounts. CVs are stored in a space that is not public.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
- We keep your application for 12 months and then delete it automatically (unless you are hired, in which case it becomes part of your employee file).
- You can ask us to delete your data, or to send you a copy, earlier at any time.
Your rights
- Access, correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Ask by replying to your confirmation email with your reference number, or through our contact page.
