What is it?
Max Muscle Amino Fuel is a liquid protein drink. Each 45 ml serving gives 92 kcal and 20 g protein from hydrolysed bovine collagen (halal), with L-carnitine, B vitamins, biotin and folic acid. Ingredients per the label: purified water, hydrolysed bovine collagen, L-carnitine, B-complex vitamins, biotin, folic acid, flavours, stevia and sucralose. The bottle gives 21 servings and is lactose-, dairy- and gluten-free.
How to use
Shake well; take one 45 ml serving (3 tablespoons) one to three times a day, between meals or around training.
Good to know
- Collagen protein is not a complete protein (it has almost no tryptophan and little leucine), so it does not replace whey, eggs, meat or a complete protein shake for muscle building.
- Evidence that L-carnitine supplements burn fat in healthy people is weak.
- Ask a doctor first if you have kidney or liver disease.
