What is CLA?
Conjugated linoleic acid is a fatty acid found naturally in meat and dairy. This supplement provides 800 mg CLA per softgel from safflower oil, 90 softgels, with no stimulants.
What research says
Meta-analyses of clinical trials found CLA leads to a small loss of body fat on average (well under 1 kg over several months), and some studies saw unwanted changes in cholesterol or insulin sensitivity. So it is not a weight-loss solution on its own; diet and activity matter far more.
